Ibrahim (Brian) Oenga is Of Counsel at Essien Law Office, PLLC, where he counsels and represents domestic and foreign companies on issues relating to foreign investment in the United States, international and cross-border transactions.

Brian advises a broad range of clients, from multinational companies to start-ups, across a variety of industries on all aspects of international transactions, with particular expertise in the area of regulatory documentation and propriety. He takes particular interest in ensuring his clients stay on the right side of the law as they build up their enterprises. He has substantial experience in corporate and law firm environments and is an accomplished professor of Commercial Transactions, Real Estate and Environmental Law.
